Real Estate – Associate

We are looking to recruit an Associate to join their hugely successful, market leading real estate practice and take your career to the next level. As a member of this award-winning team you will work alongside property specialists. You will gain exposure to the development, leasing, sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial, residential, hotel and retail assets.
We would like to hear from Associates who are experienced and interested in the following range of work:
- real estate transactions across all asset classes;
- leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property;
- general commercial advice work; and
- helping to leverage the breadth of our expertise within and across the firm’s other lines of business.
What you need:
We welcome applications from lawyers with generalist experience in a reputable property team. You will also have:
- good business acumen and a desire to strengthen existing client relationships;
- drafting skills and a strong attention to detail;
- the ability to work in a highly cohesive and fast-paced team;
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- a positive attitude and proactive approach; and
- resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own.

Their clients are sophisticated and savvy, ranging from major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, hotel, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects and leasing. Some of their clients include AMP, CBA, Challenger, Charter Hall, Dexus, Event Hospitality & Entertainment (EVT), Stockland, Frasers Property, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, and Vicinity.
