Real Estate Associate 4-8 PQE

Our global 100 law firm client seeks a real estate lawyer with 4 to 8 PQE to join its Birmingham real estate team.

This firm has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice rooted in a deep understanding of the sectors and geographies in which their clients operate. Its global reach ensures that they are well-placed to advise on complex multi-jurisdictional matters across a full range of legal disciplines.

The firm boasts one of the largest teams of dedicated property lawyers in the UK. Clients praise them for their commercial approach, providing clear, relevant and timely advice. They have an extensive track record advising on all aspects of multi-million pound developments throughout the UK. Clients include major developers, government bodies, funders, investors and local authorities.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained 4-8 PQE in real estate, together with a strong academic background, an outgoing personality and must be a team player with a strong client-focused approach.

Experience wise you will have been involved in development-related work and regeneration projects for the public sector. You will play a key role in the team’s public sector-led development practice and in doing so will work closely with, and be an integral part of, the well-established national public sector development team across the PM offices.
