Public Procurement Lawyer
Leading firm in Birmingham is currently looking to recruit a lawyer with 5+PQE specialising in public procurement law to join its EU & competition group.
The firm are looking for a candidate to work on UK and EU public procurement law matters. Candidates must be technically excellent and have experience in advising on all aspects of UK and EU procurement laws (ideally in all of the following areas: utility, defence and concession contracts)
Experience in advising on contentious matters (including court proceedings and dispute resolution) is not essential but would be preferable.
They are looking for a candidate who is confident and articulate, and willing to take a lead role on matters and client relationships with appropriate partner or legal director support.
