Public Law and Procurement Litigation Lawyer in Birmingham
Our client is a global law firm with lawyers operating in over 40 countries across the world. The firm's global presence enables them to deliver high quality legal services and value to clients anywhere in the world.
The firm are now looking to grow their highly established national procurement and public law team with the recruitment of an additional specialist procurement and public law litigation lawyer in Birmingham. The role will require travel to client sites and other UK and international offices as required.
Working with major corporate clients and government departments, you will advise a diverse range of sector clients on all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of highly complex cutting edge procurement and public law cases through international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, expert determination or mediation.
In addition the team work closely with non-contentious procurement and public law colleagues to advise and support on early strategic advice to minimise risk and preserve their position.
The role comes with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to take the lead on significant cases and so is ideal for someone looking to take a step up in their career. Whilst a specific level of PQE is not specified, it is thought that someone operating at around Senior Associate level (or equivalent) will have the right level of experience.
