Property Litigation Solicitor

A well-regarded national law firm currently seeks a 1+ PQE property litigation lawyer to join its team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large property litigation team and provide proactive strategic advice to a range of property owners, occupiers and funders.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a variety of work including telecoms matters, landlord and tenant work (both residential and commercial), possession actions and trespass and squatter actions.

You will be acting for a spread of household name clients, social housing providers and property owners and managers.

If you are interested in working on a hybrid bases and have at least 1 year of experience working within property litigation this is a great opportunity for you.
