Our client, a top 50 practice, is currently a property litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team on an interim basis, due to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be advising on a wide range of commercial and residential disputes ranging from development disputes and complex landlord and tenant matters. You will be advising a variety of clients in the real estate sector including developers, banks, investors and companies with large estates such as telecoms providers and retailers.
The firm is largely recognised in legal directories for their property disputes offering, and therefore this would be an excellent opportunity to work with well-respected partners and gain exposure to high quality work.
The idea candidate will likely have 3+ PQE in property disputes gained from a highly regarded City practice. Due to the nature of the role candidates with a notice period of less than four weeks are encouraged to apply.
