Property Litigation Lawyer NQ-1 PQE

A leading International law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is looking to recruit two NQ-1PQE lawyers to join it’s specialist property litigation team.

The Birmingham property litigation team advises and represents a very broad client base which includes registered providers of social housing, letting agents and private individuals. As a result of growth, the team is seeking to appoint two solicitors (NQ-1PQE) to be based in the Birmingham office.

The ideal candidate will ideally have some experience in housing property litigation, handling their own caseload and have a flexible can-do approach. The partners in this team will also positively encourage 2023 newly qualified solicitors who have completed a seat in property litigation to apply. Candidates with general litigation experience who have handled some property litigation matters and would like to specialise further are also encouraged to apply.
