Our client's leading property litigation team is rated as first class both in Birmingham and nationally, led by a highly regarded and Legal 500 rated partner. They now have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property litigation lawyer to join at senior associate level.

You will join the one of the largest dedicated property litigation teams in the UK, rated as among the best in the UK. As a senior property litigation specialist, you can also expect early responsibility and opportunities to develop client relationships.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm, large national or regional practice and have substantial experience of handling property litigation work and have proven supervisory skills and a strong client focused approach. You will be ready to use your previous experience of business development to generate new business and encourage cross-selling.
