Leading full service national law firm seek a 1+ PQE property litigation lawyer to join it’s Birmingham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside established partners on high quality, technical work at both local and national level. In addition to dealing with portfolio asset management matters, you will have the opportunity to support on investment transactions and disposals.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the framework of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as more general experience in dealing with L&T issues such as forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears and possession actions.
