Procurement Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that support the goals of the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the development of solicitation documents, supplier selection, and negotiation.
- Implement best practices for procurement processes and policies.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze procurement data and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
- Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive business transformation initiatives related to procurement operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement operations, with a focus on procure-to-pay.
- Strong experience in business transformation and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and policies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and procurement software.
