Private Equity Lawyer 2-7 PQE

A city practice, with one of the leading corporate teams in the market, are recruiting for a Private Equity Lawyer 2-7 PQE to join their practice.

You will join a growing team, who regularly act on private equity driven transactions within the insurance, technology and retail sectors.

The role will involve acting for private equity sponsors on a range of mid-market and upper midmarket deals, management advisory work and bolt on acquisitions for private equity backed portfolio companies. This will sit as part of the wider corporate practice, so you will benefit from a broader diet of work.

You will be a 2-7 PQE Solicitor with experience gained in an equally leading private practice firm. Your experience will be private equity focused, either exclusively or mixed with private M&A work.

This role offers the opportunity to join an exceptionally successful group, who regularly act on double digit deals each year, often high profile in nature.
