Private Equity, Corporate M&A Lawyer, 6+
Our client is an award-winning infrastructure fund manager looking to appoint an experienced M&A/Private Equity lawyer to join their EMEA team in London.
In this role you will work closely with the investment team and be the go-to lawyer for all related transactional work from deal origination to deal execution.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE advising on complex private equity deals, energy and infrastructure experience would be a plus, but not required. You will be looking for your first In-House role or be In-House already at a private equity house or infrastructure fund and be looking for the next step-up in your career.
This role will suit a technically strong lawyer, with an analytical mind looking to get involved at strategic level and put their mark on a highly successful business.
