We are working with an international law firm in its search for a banking & finance Partner to join the Melbourne office.

The firm

You will join an international law firm, with offices throughout Australia, Asia, the US and Europe. The firm is consistently recognised as a market leader, and is backed by leading Partners in its offices throughout Australia.

The firm embraces innovative and creative thinking, and is willing to try new approaches such as using emerging technology to keep on top of market conditions and client demands. The firm also operates with open, inclusive and encouraging teams, and encourages staff development catered towards the individuals needs rather than having one development program for all.

The role

The position will see you joining as Partner, however candidates that are looking to take a step up to a Partner position from a Senior Associate or Special Counsel role are also welcome to apply. The firm has a busy practice nationally, and is growing by hiring talent at this level also to join the team.

About you

Joining as Partner, you will bring with you a solid track record of developing your own practice. You may also seek to be moving across to another platform as a team. This is also of interest to the firm.

You will be seeking to work in a leading banking & finance practice, and wish to collaborate with colleagues not just in Melbourne, but globally. The firm operates cross-border, so having an interest in international work is a positive.
