We are currently recruiting for a talented Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in their Liverpool office on a permanent basis. The firm is headquartered in London, but has a strong presence in Liverpool, where they have an established Litigation department in the north-west.
The Litigation department in the north-west is highly regarded and has achieved top-tier rankings in major legal directories for their expertise in dispute resolution. They have a strong focus on litigation work and are known for handling complex and high-value disputes across a range of sectors, including financial services, real estate, and technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of claims, most likely proceeding in the Court via Group Action Litigation
- Handling enquiries, FAQs, individual and bulk communications
- Supporting the Associate team as the litigation proceeds
- Dealing with Court procedural steps such as Acknowledgements of Service, defence enquiries, pre-hearing preparation, bundling, billing and costs budgets, DocuSign, administration and handling the day-to-day operation of legal technology platforms.
