What you would be doing:

  • Conduct legal research for regulatory work and draft legal documents in accordance with the instructions of the lawyers
  • Undertake SFC licensing applications for asset management and other clients, including drafting applications, supporting documents and liaising with the SFC
  • Assist with SFC fund authorisation applications including helping with the drafting of application documents and coordinating in the process
  • Review Chinese translation of certain legal documents

What you would have:

  • Atleast 1 year of experience gained within a reputable regional or international law firm doing funds work
  • Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • University degree in law or a business related discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in SFC licensing would be highly preferred
