Paralegal Funds – International Law firm
What you would be doing:
- Conduct legal research for regulatory work and draft legal documents in accordance with the instructions of the lawyers
- Undertake SFC licensing applications for asset management and other clients, including drafting applications, supporting documents and liaising with the SFC
- Assist with SFC fund authorisation applications including helping with the drafting of application documents and coordinating in the process
- Review Chinese translation of certain legal documents
What you would have:
- Atleast 1 year of experience gained within a reputable regional or international law firm doing funds work
- Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- University degree in law or a business related discipline
- Knowledge and experience in SFC licensing would be highly preferred
