Paralegal (commercial)

My client is a large telecommunications company headquartered in London.

They are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their proactive and collaborative in-house Paralegal team.

This is a broad and diverse role working closely with other divisions across the business including Marketing, Commercial and Corporate and litigation.

Key responsibilities

· Working closely with stakeholders

· Assisting with the preparation, drafting, negotiating and review of legal documents

· Assisting with developing and implementing business processes and training

· Undertaking legal research

The ideal candidate

· Educated to degree level or equivalent (including relevant CILEx Diploma)

· Experience working as a paralegal (private practice/ in-house)

· Experienced in running your own matters

· Experience in the Telecommunications sector or experience working on corporate matters and legal operations

· Familiarity with the obligations and impact of the UK Data protection regime

· Understanding of process design or implementation, template creation and developing efficiency
