Paralegal (12 month FTC)

My client is one of the largest trading associations in the UK, currently seeking a Paralegal to join their team on a 12-month FTC.

You will be required to manage the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts, resolving, and closing legal issues, addressing any contentious issues concerning sale of data under licence, and supporting the provision of regulatory updates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial experience, familiar with project management, and be able to work independently.
