A leading domestic law firm are currently looking to hire a Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyer to join their Construction team in Dublin.

The role will primarily focus on advising clients (property investors, developers, contractors, etc) on a range of Construction related issues including the following:

  • Drafting and negotiation of construction contracts
  • Risk analysis and management
  • Preparing and reviewing documents such as bonds, guarantees, and collateral warranties
  • Construction disputes

The ideal candidate will either be newly qualified or currently in the process of completing their training contract with the aim to qualify by early 2023.
