Our client, a full service international law firm, is currently recruiting for a non-contentious restructuring solicitor to join the firm on a 6-9 month fixed term contract, with a very strong chance of this maturing into a permanent role. The candidate is required to have a minimum of 3-6+ years PQE as a non-contentious restructuring lawyer from a Top 20 London City or US firm.

This award wining team is part of the firm's wider Banking & Finance Group which increases your exposure to a wide range of clients and matters. Lawyers from their litigation group work with their restructuring partners to provide support, hence leaving the restructuring group to concentrate almost solely on non-contentious matters.

This is a very interactive role and as such, the candidate must be confident, outgoing, and able to speak openly to peers and clients at all levels. You must be able to present yourself well in front of groups and clients.

This is a fantastic role for those who are keen to secure a role with a highly respected firm throughout the spring/summer, potentially longer. Apply for this role immediately to hear more information regarding the firm, and the role.

If you are looking to work as a contractor or if you are considering your next move, then please do contact Hannah Martin at Taylor Root. I recruit lawyers into Private Practice firms on an interim and contract basis.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
