Our client is a leading Renewable Energy and Private Equity Investment Firm in London.

They are looking to hire a Non-Contentious Construction lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE, who has strong experience handling Commercial Contracts and FIDIC Agreements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with commercial managers to draft, negotiate and manage engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements and annexes, operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements, asset management agreements, ICP and supply agreements for energy storage projects,
  • Working closely with the construction team to review and prepare claims, variation orders, settlement agreements, supply chain, financial securities and other contract management tasks,
  • Providing guidance and support in various other tasks, procurement, service and operations transactions; and
  • Supporting the Legal Director to structure and negotiate energy storage asset purchases, acquisition completion process, etc.

The role is based in London, and you would be in the office 2 days a week and WFH for 3. You will have great interpersonal skills, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a good work ethic in order to manage a complex and diverse workload.
