Senior M&A Lawyer - Insurance

Leading insurance organisation requires experienced corporate lawyer to join the team.

The position will involve assessing risks associated with corporate transactions across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.

This is a unique opportunity to join a stellar team within the insurance industry, and to advise on suitable arrangements for clients in a very commercial environment.

You will provide technical advice on deals and the risks associated with them, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well.

You must be commercial and personable in your approach, and comfortable with building relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Our client will consider candidates that are 4/5+ PQE (there is no limit on PQE) and from a range of transactional backgrounds including M&A, private equity and corporate tax.
