An international bank is looking to hire a Litigation lawyer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join an established global institution.
About the role
The role will be centered around handling internal investigations and existing litigation matters. There will also be the secondary responsibility of providing guidance on a range of legal issues relating to corporate governance. The role will report into the Head of Department and will work alongside them to manage both actual and potential litigious matters via handling current cases and advising on potential new legal risks.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial litigation and contentious regulatory work. Ideally you will have experience in general corporate advisory and commercial law. You will also have at least 8 years of post qualified experience and will be a qualified lawyer within England and Wales (or commonwealth equivalent jurisdiction).
