Responsibilities include:

Developing a sustainable model of Legal Project Management best practice (including through education and tools) within the Practice Group

Drive efficiency; increasing profitability and reducing distractions for the legal teams

Lead work with the Partnership to identify and develop solutions for Practice Group and/or client challenges

Liaise with the client as required; identify and assist the legal teams to deliver clients' operational needs

Ensure alternative legal services and third-party suppliers are used effectively

Identify opportunities within the practice to increase operational efficiency's via analysis and working closely with Partnerships

Consult with the Practice Group to identify and facilitate the use of automation, technology and new ways of working to provide the continued support of ongoing projects

Requirements include:

A base knowledge of litigation finance with foundational understanding of litigation and arbitration processes

Demonstrable financial acumen and understanding of key financial performance indicators

Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills

Knowledge of relevant IT packages such as Excel, Jira and Visio

Formal legal operations qualifications would be desirable
