Legal Project Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Project Executive to join an international law firm based in London. Our client is looking for an individual who can multi-task, build relationships, and evidence strong communication skills. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to project manage multiple cases and matters while providing practical support to the firm’s fee earners to manage their caseloads, timelines and clients. The Legal Project Executive will also deliver elements of the firm’s project management training and drive engagement with their Legal Project Management tools.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ability to implement project management tools and behaviours across different teams of the firm will be critical to excel in this role. Additionally, strong communication skills are fundamental to drive engagement and to ensure best practice and consistency in the use of LPM tools and techniques.

In order to be considered for this position candidates must:

– Have strong projects experience (Ideally at administrator, assistant, officer or executive level) from either another law firm or professional services organisation.

• Performs well under pressure and able to prioritise work.
• Personable and willing to learn new skill
• Proven team player and able to collaborate with others as well as being able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing/Able to travel to other UK offices on occasion.

Education/Qualification

• Degree – law or business relevant (or equivalent)
• PRINCE 2 (desirable but not essential)
