Legal Executive

My client is one of the leading interactive entertainment companies in the world, known for their quality and creativity with a cutting edge of technology.

About the Role

They are looking for a Legal Executive to join their Legal Business Affairs Team. You will be required to work closely with their developers, producers, and marketing teams, negotiate and draft a range of commercial contracts and agreements, review middleware licenses, IP agreements, reviewing game content and providing clearance for any copyright, trademark, publicity issues, and supporting the business with management of disputes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Legal Executive/Senior Paralegal experience within a media, entertainment, or technology company, have the ability to draft and negotiate and range of commercial agreements, and be a clear and concise communicator.
