Legal Counsel (Residential Development)

Taylor Root are retained with a national housebuilding company who are expanding across the Southeast of England. They are currently seeking a Residential Property Legal Counsel to join them on their growth journey based at their Hertfordshire office.

This newly created role is responsible for leading on property transactions including acquisitions of sites for development, preparing documents for the construction of sites, planning agreements, and leases of the company’s commercial and residential portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer having trained inhouse or in private practice with extensive experience within the residential property industry, have strong problem-solving skills, be innovative and comfortable with handling a heavy workload.
