Legal Counsel – Online Retail
For a fast-growing digital retail business, we are looking for a German Qualified Legal Counsel to support the expansion of the company in Germany. You will be part of a dynamic legal team of 10 people. The role can be based in either Amsterdam or Düsseldorf (traveling to Amsterdam 2 days per month).
About the role:
It is a very interesting role in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will look after the German business and your responsibilities will be very broad. You will work on your own projects but will also work together on projects with your colleagues. The common legal topics will involve commercial contracts and real estate, but also topics like employment law, compliance and disputes may occur.
About you:
– Fully qualified German Lawyer
– Several years of relevant experience within a reputable law firm or in-house
– Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
– Pragmatic and commercial approach to legal matters
– German native speaker and fluent in English
