Your New Company

Our client is a giant technology conglomerate with operations all over the world. Due to rapid expansion of business, the client is looking for a strong litigation lawyer to join their well-established legal team here in Hong Kong.

Your New Role

You would mainly be responsible for providing daily operational legal support to contentious matters globally, including complex cross-border commercial litigation, employment disputes, international arbitration and investigations for the Group. You will also be involved in handling contentious IP matters including infringement actions, prosecutions and complaints, and all ad hoc and administrative matters in relation to litigation matters.

What you will need to succeed

To qualify for the role, you MUST be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5-8 years' PQE of litigation / disputes experience from a top-tier international law firm. You MUST have excellent command of English AND Chinese (including Mandarin) with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
