Legal Counsel – Leading Irish Plc (Dublin)

A leading Irish Plc are currently looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their Dublin office.

The role will largely involve advising on matters relating to M&A and general corporate matters. Additionally, the role will also deal with advising on corporate governance and negotiation of commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will have around 1-5 years PQE with strong Corporate experience gained from a relevant private practice role and/or in-house position.
