Legal Counsel Italy
We have been exclusively retained by a leading international FMCG company, to source a Legal Counsel to be based in Milan.
Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide legal support to the Italian business on the following:
- National and international contract drafting and negotiation.
- Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Competition Law and Consumer Protection and Staff Functions
- Compliance, Anti-bribery Laws, Privacy, and health and safety.
Requirements:
- Italian qualified lawyer
- Around 5 years of post-qualified experience – preferably gained in private practice and in-house
- Experience in commercial contracts, consumer law, competition, and data privacy
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential to fill this role.
