Your New Company

Our client is a multinational infrastructure company with significant operations across the globe. Due to rapid expansion of business, the client is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their regional hub here in Hong Kong.

Your New Role

The role will be part of the regional in-house legal team, reporting into the APAC General Counsel. You would be involved in providing legal support to the business in the implementation of infrastructure and energy projects across the region. You would be responsible in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, managing projects and transactions, maintaining corporate governance, as well as advising on litigation matters.

What you will need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE of solid infrastructure / energy / construction experience from an international law firm or with relevant in-house experience. He / She will be fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

What you will get in return

This is a rare opportunity for mid-level lawyers to make that transition in-house to cover a broader role. This is also an excellent opportunity for candidates to be part of a stable and dynamic business. The client offers attractive remuneration package to the ideal candidate.
