Legal Counsel – France and Southern Europe
Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel – France
Taylor Root has been instructed to source a Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel for a fast-growing European start-up operating in the energy industry with headquarters in The Netherlands.
Reporting to the Legal and Compliance Director based in The Netherlands, you will advise on commercial contracts, real estate, construction law, public law and regulatory issues.
The position is a stand-alone Counsel for France and Southern Europe.
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified French lawyer.
- You will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience gained while working in-house or at an international law firm on real estate, construction, telecoms or public/regulatory.
- Experience in these industries will be strongly preferred: Construction, Telecommunications, and Energy Construction.
- Fluency in English and French both oral and written is essential for this role.
Location: The role is entirely remote from France or you can work from the offices in Amsterdam or Arnhem with regular travel to Paris.
