Legal Counsel EMEA – Manufacturing
Our client is a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company, with its EMEA Headquarters in the Randstad area. The company has around 40.000 employees worldwide with a revenue of approximately 9 billion Euro.
About the role:
The Legal Counsel EMEA will provide and manage a big variety of legal services to the business and all operations within Europe, Middle-East and Africa. You will join the Legal EMEA team, consisting of 8 team members. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, commercial transactions, litigation, dispute resolution, antitrust and corporate matters. Furthermore you will deal with legal strategies relating to compliance and governmental regulations.
About you:
– Obtained an LLM from a reputable university with around 4-7 years of relevant experience within a reputable law firm or a multinational company;
– Commercial contracts and corporate law experience is required;
– Pro-active, pragmatic and collaborative professional, able to translate complex legal matters in an understandable, practical manner for non-lawyers
– Fluency in English
