Legal Counsel EMEA (f/m/d)

to join the international legal team and to be based in Nuremberg (Germany) or in the Headquarter in Zug (Switzerland), or Vienna (Austria) as an option. Relocation for the right candidate will be considered.

In this role you will work on a broad range of commercial legal matters and you will be responsible for a specific region within EMEA. You will advise the regional senior management on all major legal questions related to the business and you will be the primary point of contact for all legal matters in allocated projects. You will draft and negotiate international contracts and support in EMEA tenders (e.g. review and risk analysis, development of bidding strategy, negotiation, contract drafting etc.), and you will also manage other strategic projects. Moreover, you will also support the Group Compliance function in the respective region and you will provide legal support and trainings to non-legal functions.

You will be a qualified lawyer (preferably qualified in Germany, Austria or Switzerland) with at least three or more years of experience in an international environment, preferably from a renowned law firm or internationally operating company. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will be commercially minded and you will have a high level of intercultural sensitivity. You will have a can-do attitude and hands-on, pro-active approach. Fluent Turkish, English and German language skills are required.
