Legal Counsel - Data Privacy

Fantastic opportunity for a talented Data Privacy Lawyer to join an international accountancy heavyweight in Birmingham.

With a presence in over 155 countries and an enviable client base across the UK, our client provides high quality services on a range of offerings from auditing through to more innovative services using all forms of technology.

This role will involve supporting both the in-house and compliance teams on a broad range of data privacy matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating data protection provisions in contracts, including GDPR compliant contracts. You will also take a key role in advising the organisation on its procedures in collecting, storing and processing personal data.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE with strong experience in data protection matters , either in-house or at a top law firm, with a desire to strengthen your knowledge and expertise. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic business and be a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
