A fantastic opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer to join a global leader in the digital gaming world. This fast-moving and dynamic company develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging games to an audience of over 250 million monthly active users across mobile, social and online platforms. They are now looking for a new Legal Counsel to join the growing London team as they continue their expansion.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, your role as 'Corporate' Counsel is to assist on mergers & acquisitions and a broad range of other transactional work covering multiple jurisdictions. Whilst the role will predominantly concentrate on corporate and M&A work, you will be required to provide support on broader commercial matters in line with group business needs. There will also be the potential to become involved in IP matters and Data protection issues, amongst other varied work whilst supporting the internal functions.

Ideally you will be 1-3 years PQE with strong post-qualification experience at a top city law firm with a good working knowledge of corporate/M&A and other transactional work. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic business and be a strong team player who is driven, agile and forward-thinking.

This is hugely rewarding opportunity to utilise your Corporate capability whilst also being encouraged to broaden your commercial skillset at an innovative global leader within the Gaming industry. You will be joining a collaborative and talented legal team with a supportive and collegiate culture, allowing you to contribute towards the wider commercial strategy of the business.

If this role sounds of interest, please get in touch ASAP.
