Fantastic opportunity to join a celebrated luxury cosmetics company dedicated to providing high-quality products to their customers. They have an innovative approach, commitment to excellence, and vibrant company culture. They are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join their team and support the growth across various markets.

Responsibilities will include:
* Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, digital, sponsorship, licensing, IT, logistics, and facility agreements.
* Provide training to internal stakeholders on contract terms and negotiation.
* Manage data protection issues and agreements, providing DP training as needed.
* Compliance with Industry Regulations:
* Monitor legislation applicable to the cosmetics industry and advise on legal developments.
* Support Regulatory Affairs and Quality & Compliance teams on legislation governing product and packaging.
* Manage legal formalities with public and regulatory bodies and trade associations.
* Support digital sales and marketing teams on all digital media initiatives, including advertising campaigns, competitions, and direct marketing.
* Collaborate closely with marketing functions to ensure product claims and advertising comply with local advertising laws.

To be successful you must have a strong academic background. This position will ideally suit a 3-5+ pqe lawyer. You will have gained extensive experience in both private practice and in-house roles, preferably within the FMCG and cosmetics sectors. You will have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and hold a commitment to continuous improvement. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and in group situations is essential. You will have exceptional interpersonal and business partnering skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and gain the confidence of stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
