We are partnering with a global leading technology business, who are seeking an in-house lawyer to join their global legal team. After successful M&A activity, the company are looking to expand their legal department. Given this is an additional hire, the role title can be reflective of a senior position, for the right individual.

You’ll work across the EMEA and APAC regions, giving your role an international focus.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and working closely with other members of the legal team, you will become a leader in your own right, primarily supporting the customers across the EMEA and APAC region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key contact for the sales team,
- Partnering cross-functionally with the company’s business teams,
- Cooperating with privacy and security teams,
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with brand customers, agencies, publishers, and data provider partners, as well as other platforms in the space.
This role would best suit someone at roughly 3-5 PQE, preferably with experience working in-house for a tech company. You will have significant experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, and similar complex service agreements.
You will also be skilled in advising on a broad range of the legal issues related to SaaS businesses. The role is perfect for someone who is business-savvy, analytical and driven to become a business stakeholder as well as creative in problem-solving and balancing risk.
European language skills are an additional bonus for this role as you’ll be working across the EMEA and APAC regions.
