Our client is a newly established JV company in the infrastructure sector with a focus on renewable energy, e-mobility, and sustainability. For their international legal team, we are currently looking for a

Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

to join the business and take over responsibility for all legal matters in the DACH region and Poland. This position will be preferably based in the North or East of Germany, you will work fully remote, however monthly travelling to the company’s HQs in the Netherlands will be required.

In this role you will work on broad range of legal topics including commercial law, contract law, compliance, regulatory matters, and planning law. You will work closely with the business and you will work independently.

You will be a German qualified lawyer with several years’ work experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal team. You will have excellent commercial law, contract negotiating and drafting skills. Previous experience in the infrastructure, real estate, energy, or construction industry will be an advantage. You will be fluent in German and English.
