Legal Counsel

My client is a charity whose mission is to develop and promote the idea of a circular economy. They are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team based in the Isle of Wight, going into the office on a quarterly basis.

You will be required to draft and negotiate contracts in relation to commercial, intellectual property, software/IT and services, advising on a range of legal and regulatory issues and risks, secretarial matters, corporate governance, and data protection issues.

The ideal candidate will be NQ-2-year PQE, have high-quality commercial/transactional experience, and be and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
