Legal Counsel

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented junior lawyer to join one of the largest software companies in the UK.

Our client provides software and cloud-based solutions to a wide range of organisations, including a number of well known companies.

You will be involved in a wide-range of commercial and corporate matters including supply agreements, framework agreements, negotiating client terms and business.

The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years PQE with strong post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial or technology matters, either in-house or at a top law firm. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic business and be a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
