LEGAL COUNSEL – HOSPITALITY – OXFORDSHIRE

An excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join an established hospitality company as Legal Counsel.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements including supply of goods/services agreements, framework agreements, and software agreements. You will also work with internal stakeholders at all levels, and provide legal support across procurement, IT, marketing and sales.

You will need to have between 0-2 years’ PQE with good commercial contracts experience. Experience operating in the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors would be advantageous, as would experience in IT contracting and data protection, though this is not essential.

The company is continuing to expand, with further locations identified for the coming years. Operating within a lean legal function you will have independence and autonomy in a friendly and collaborative legal team, and you will benefit from hybrid working between their Oxfordshire HQ and your home office.

If you have the right experience and would like to discuss further, please get in touch at rebeccacrisp@taylorroot.com

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
