Legal Counsel
A FTSE 250 Investment Trust is looking to hire a Legal Counsel into their London office. My client has globally recognised expertise across fiduciary services, spanning investment management and professional services.
The role will report directly into the Group General Counsel, providing a strong opportunity for a junior lawyer to learn directly from a seasoned lawyer and operate with autonomy as part of a lean and high functioning team. In this role you will be deeply engrained within the business working closely with several senior stakeholders including the CEO.
They are looking for a Corporate or Commercial lawyer who is looking to move into a broad in-house commercial role, reviewing commercial contracts across all business lines, reviewing terms of business and drafting legal and commercial documents, including agreements, side letters and contracts. You will ideally be between 1-4 years PQE in either a law firm or in-house equivalent. Any data protection experience would be highly regarded.
