World leading consumer goods brand is seeking to recruit a commercial counsel to lead on a wide range of legal matters across their EMEA supply chain.
Reporting to the EMEA Director of Legal you will be the lead lawyer to the EMEA Supply Chain function and will support this function on all legal matters. You will be able to redesign and improve legal process within the function. You will have exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the business and advise on a variety of legal matters. This would include drafting and negotiation complex, strategic pan-EMEA contracts as well as franchise, licensing, supply chain, logistics and procurement agreements.
Ideally you will be at least 3 PQE. You will need to be UK qualified lawyer with post qualification experience gained at a top tier law firm or an international in-house legal department. Experience with supply chain contracts is highly advantageous. The ability to integrate quickly and work collaboratively with an established legal team, and a proactive attitude is essential.
