Are you a commercial lawyer looking for your next career move? We are working with a global data and technology leader, in the funds sector. You will work with the General Counsel, receiving hands on support and good quality work. This role has a generous benefits package and would best suit someone at the entry-mid level (1-4 PQE).
This Legal Counsel role is with a global data and technology leader that are looking to expand their small, collaborative legal team.
This role has a variety of responsibilities and will support the company during its exciting period of continuous growth.
The role will involve (but not limited to);
- Sales Contracts: drafting, evaluation, negotiation & execution (Master Agreements, Variation Agreement, Licensing Agreements, NDAs, review of client proposed terms and conditions). Review of supplier agreements.
- Support ongoing drive to automate product/service contract processes across the Group.
- Support integration of acquisitions from a contractual perspective
- Analyse commercial disputes (sales or supplier related) and advise the stakeholder directly of a solution.
What they're looking for
You'll be an entry-mid level lawyer with experience in commercial law. Ideally, you'll have worked within a leading law firm, and then obtained some in-house experience. Although applications from lawyers straight from private practice will be considered!
