With almost 90 offices in over 30 countries across the world and clients ranging from globally recognised brands to small, local businesses across more than 180 countries, this vital role will be accountable for the successful and timely delivery of legal services to all areas of the business.
Reporting to the Legal Director for EMEA, you will lead negotiations with key vendors on a range of high-value commercial contracts, varying from tender documentation to supplier contracts and multiple partner agreements. You will also be working with senior business unit leaders on complex negotiations across the consulting services business. In this varied position covering the UK and Ireland, you will be encouraged to shape the role depending on your interests, whether that be taking responsibility for GDPR, employment or IP matters for example. Further, you will benefit from the opportunity to advise key internal stakeholders on a variety of global legal and compliance matters, as well as carrying out due diligence on corporate matters when required.
Ideally, you will be between 2-4PQE, with strong training or post-qualification experience either in-house (secondment or other) or at a leading law firm. Experience working in a company with a focus on providing business services in a multinational environment would be desirable but is not essential. An interest in technology, AI and the built environment would be a benefit and you will need to be a strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
