Legal Counsel – 12 months FTC
A Global Organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel on a 12-month FTC. You will be part of a global team responsible for providing wide ranging legal support across the business.
Key Duties will include:
* Review, revise, draft, coordinate and help negotiate documents for internal clients across our global offices, such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, master service agreements and non-reliance letters.
* Review reports or work product issued to clients in globally.
* Coordinate communication with and between clients, internal stakeholders, in-house counsel, outside professionals and service providers to resolve open issues and obtain internal engagement approvals.
* Assist with compliance and other risk management matters coordinated by the Legal Team.
This role will suit a UK qualified lawyer (or Commonwealth equivalent) with 3 to 8 years * of experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and business/project management experience preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills is essential as is a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills with the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
