Legal Counsel – 12 month FTC

Legal Counsel – 12 month FTC – Birmingham/Remote – Full-Time.

Our client is a leading international business, who are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their Birmingham office.

The business is a market leader in their field and has a large in-house legal team where you will work closely with their Head of Legal (Commercial) and assist with M&A activity and integration of newly acquired companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop as a commercially focused lawyer and become an integral part of a private equity backed, high-growth technology business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 PQE working in-house and/or in a Technology business. You will also have experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, ideally IT services agreements.
