About the role:

  • Supporting day-to-day legal matters and coordinating with the EMEA legal team.
  • Overseeing the overall legal and compliance structure within the organization.
  • Conducting internal audits and monitoring the internal approval process, including invoicing, in alignment with finance.
  • Implementing internal policies and adapting European policies locally.
  • Managing Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) and handling all other data-related matters.

About you:

  • A HBO/Masters in Law is required for this role.
  • Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Demonstrate a robust and current legal knowledge base.
  • Key competencies include a client-focused mindset, excellent drafting skills, strong stakeholder management, a solution-oriented approach, and effective priority setting.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch would be considered an asset.
