Legal & Compliance Specialist

About the role:
- Supporting day-to-day legal matters and coordinating with the EMEA legal team.
- Overseeing the overall legal and compliance structure within the organization.
- Conducting internal audits and monitoring the internal approval process, including invoicing, in alignment with finance.
- Implementing internal policies and adapting European policies locally.
- Managing Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) and handling all other data-related matters.
About you:
- A HBO/Masters in Law is required for this role.
- Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Demonstrate a robust and current legal knowledge base.
- Key competencies include a client-focused mindset, excellent drafting skills, strong stakeholder management, a solution-oriented approach, and effective priority setting.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch would be considered an asset.
