Legal Business Partner / Senior In-House Lawyer

Role Overview

This role will have a broad commercial focus and would best suit someone with good commercial contracts experience.

Responsibilities include:
Providing highly specialised advice, drafting and negotiation of commercial and regulatory matters.
Supporting the legal team, and managing the junior lawyer who reports into you
Leading and supporting further development of the commercial and legal risk infrastructure

What they’re looking for

You’ll be a mid-senior level lawyer who has ideally worked within a commercial, technology, or life sciences role. Although this is within healthcare and specifically not-for-profit, a commercial acumen is very much required.

You’ll need to be able to establish relationships with senior stakeholders as you’ll be liaising with research facilities, educational establishments, and clinics.
